They are inspired and we see such opportunities pivotal to their development.”

Participants included youth from the UN Safe Cities Challenge conducted by CIRLCE in partnership with UN Women.

Mr. Salim Ghauri offered advice to the fellows, he said, “Don’t deviate from the path you have selected for yourself. Success takes time and effort and it is essential that you remain focused in order to see your dreams coming to life.” NETSOL Technologies believes in promoting entrepreneurship and as an effort to support and further strengthen the start-up ecosystem has been actively participating in various entrepreneurial activities. By setting up an incubator, the organization hopes to equip young individuals with excellent mentors so that more and more people are encouraged to come forward and elevate Pakistan’s rank through their work.

CIRCLE aims to reach 200 young people in underserved communities through its Fellowship by 2020. CIRCLE also targets women’s unemployment and underrepresentation through its Elevate campaign and framework. To date 15 CEOs have signed the #ElevatePak pledge, committing to women’s economic empowerment.
