The government of Pakistan has also and fully ensured that tech giant Google will be getting fully support and they will be fully and wholly allowed to house their operations if they arrive at the Pakistan homeland. What was the meeting all about?
It was just during a recent meeting chaired by Minister of State for Information Technology Anusha Rehman that this formal invitation has been given to the high-level delegation of Google. This meeting has been supervised by Rajan Anandan who has been the Vice President and also managing director for South East Asia. For the information, this subjected meeting actually took place at the office of MoIT, PTA Chairman Dr Syed Ismail Shah, officials of the MoIT were also there at the meeting.
Assurance given by Google
It has been assured by the representatives of Google that they will be putting up their maximum cooperation, they will be coming up the revised strategy so that they can well pursue business in Pakistan.
Google Current projects in Pakistan
It is said by the Rajan Anandan that this grounded engagement of Google’s presence in Pakistan will be benefitting both of us. As we all know that Google has been supporting Technology Park project, ‘Tech Mela’- largest online shopping festival, it has also promised to enhance and promote cooperation with the Punjab Government for the development of its IT sector.
We are much sure that if this kind of step and initiative will be right away taken by Google in Pakistan then our Telecom sector will keep on be booming and making improvements day by day.
