Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) today deferred the Direct to Home (DTH) licenses’ offering, only three days in front of booked offering that was to be hung on Monday, December 7, 2015. Choice was taken amid power meeting today that included Mr. Absar Alam, who expected his obligations as Chairman of PEMRA just today.
