It has been informed that Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has now been coming up with a new and latest policy of Work from Home/Teleworking (Telecommunicating). It will be a kind of policy and initiative taken by Pakistan Telecommunication Authority to facilitate and help out the female employees of PTA. This policy will be able to provide them a convenient and also easy and comfortable working environment.
Need for introducing this policy- Work from Home/Teleworking (Telecommunicating)
As we all know that it is the age of internet and it is also a fact that works from home has all the time come out to be a proven strategy for all of us. It saves cost, it too increases productivity. All of this can be possible if the system of communication between the employees will be flawless by making use of effective and also meaningful collaboration tools. That is why Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has come up with this policy named as Work from Home/Teleworking (Telecommunicating) so that their female staff can work for their own homes.
It has been told by the PTA that this subjected policy will right now be adopted on a trial basis and in its first phase, few of the female officers who have small children wll be allowed one day to “Work from Home” during a week. When the first phase will be successfully completed, then more of the female officers will be allowed to work from home. This “Work from Home Policy” has been launched for the facilitation of employees and also to make the working environment more positive.
