SBP has been setting Up 335 E-branches for the Fresh Bank Notes

State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has now been setting up 335 “e-branches so that it can well facilitate all of its masses for getting fresh banknotes and that too right on the event of Eid-ul-Azha. They have now been setting up 335 “e-branches” in so far 92 cities and this service will be given through SMS based service. It is for the information that all of these branches will be the e-branches and these online branches will be getting done with the transferring and also monitoring of funds in an effective way and manner. Just make sure that the issuance of these fresh currency notes through Mobile SMS service has been started from today, September 14, 2015.

Method to Use this Service

You have to send an SMS message that should be comprising of your CNIC/Smart Card number and you too have to tell us your desired bank branch code in this way: CNIC Number (space) branch code and you just have to send this sms to 8877.

Alphas numeric branch codes are available at SBP website

It is also to be kept in mind that these alphas numeric branch codes of all of these nominated e-branches have been available at SBP website and also at the PBA website. You will be getting an SMS containing of your transaction code and also the branch address and you will too getting the transaction validity date. It is too be keep in mind that this transaction code will just be valid for two working days.

Charges for these services
